The site of the Biscuit Factory was, in fact, once home to a successful biscuit manufacturing business. 140 Little Donegall Street was occupied by Marsh & Co, who produced their renowned biscuits there. Marsh & Co played an integral role in Belfast’s community throughout the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
After multiple fires and hardship Marsh & Co liquidated in 1928 and moved their business elsewhere. Many business used the site afterwards, adapting the property to suit their industry. We hope that Biscuit Factory plays a part in restoring the site to its former glory and playing homage to its heritage.

Do You Need Guarantor?

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
