The rooms are well-maintained, the location is convenient with easy access to the university and transport, and common areas are generally clean. Hrithik and Keith are approachable and maintenance issues are resolved in reasonable time. A solid option for students looking for comfortable and hassle-free living.

I am currently staying at Alma Place accommodation. There are loads of very useful amenities in alma and it is very close to the city centre and to both hospitals which is essential for medical students like myself! I would recommend Alma to anyone who will be studying or working in the area. There is plenty to see and do here all within walking distance. Please recommend alma to your friends also, many thanks

The security guys were not only professional and reliable but also genuinely friendly and approachable. Their presence made me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Overall, my experience at Alma Place was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-managed place to live.

I stayed at Alma Place student accommodation in Belfast, and overall my experience was positive. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of Ulster University, which made getting to classes and around Belfast really convenient. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and transport links nearby, so everything you need is close. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a good-sized bed, desk, storage, and an en-suite bathroom. I found it a good space for studying as well as relaxing. The shared kitchen was generally fine, although it could get busy at peak times. The building also has extra facilities like a gym, social spaces, and study areas, which were nice to have, even if some of them felt a bit small during busy periods. Staff were friendly and approachable, especially when it came to maintenance or general questions. Any issues I had were dealt with reasonably quickly. That said, there were times when noise was an issue, particularly at night, which is probably expected given the central location and student atmosphere. I also felt that cleanliness in common areas could sometimes be improved. In terms of value for money, Alma Place is slightly on the expensive side, but for the location, modern rooms, and included bills, I think it’s worth it if you want convenience and a social environment. Overall, I’d recommend Alma Place to students who want to live close to campus and city life and don’t mind a lively atmosphere. It’s a good option if you’re looking for modern accommodation in the heart of Belfast.
