What is Advance Rent?
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.

Alma is a great place for students to live. It has great facilities such as a gym and social room. The apartments themselves are very comfortable and well maintained. The Team working here also looked after us very well, organising events and helping us with any query’s. I would definitely stay here again.

I have had a really good experience living here overall. The internet had been excellent with zero downtime throughout the year which made a big difference for both studying and daily use. The building itself is modern, clean and well maintained with good interior and exterior facilities. I really like the in flat laundry which saves a lot of time and effort. The rooms are also comfortable with nice views and the overall environment feels safe and well managed

Alma Place in Belfast is an amazing student accommodation overall. The location is really convenient—close to the city centre and easy to get to uni, which makes a big difference day to day. The rooms are modern and clean, but a bit on the small side for the price. Facilities are good and it generally feels safe, which is a plus. Management is usually very helpful and the student portal makes a handy means to communicate any needs. Overall, it’s an amazing option if you want somewhere central and hassle-free, just be prepared to pay a bit more for the location.

I lived at Alma Place, and it was truly a fantastic place to live. From the very beginning, the environment felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed, which made day-to-day living stress-free and enjoyable. Everything was conveniently located and easily accessible — almost everything I needed was just one click away, whether it was services, support, or local amenities. This level of convenience made life there incredibly comfortable and efficient. Most importantly, the security team stood out. The security guys were not only professional and reliable but also genuinely friendly and approachable. Their presence made me feel safe and well looked after at all times. Overall, my experience at Alma Place was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-managed place to live.
