About Halls

Welcome to Polhill Park, our fantastic student accommodation located inside the University of Bedfordshire campus. This location is also ideal for students studying at Cranfield University, Stella Mann College, Arts1 and Dancebox Studios, meaning you can roll out of bed to get to your morning lectures as late as you wish.
The property is only a 20-minute walk away from the centre of town so in your free time get ready to explore all that Bedford has to offer.
There are a variety of modern rooms to pick from, which offer a lovely view of the campus surroundings and its green spaces. In our spacious apartments you’ll share with other like minded students and have a fully furnished living and kitchen area to socialise in. If you’re keen to have more space to yourself then choose one of our studio rooms. It comes with a cosy bed and a fully equipped kitchen including a hob, oven, fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. You’ll have the perfect set-up for when you invite some friends over for the evening!
Each en-suite room features a comfy bed with storage underneath so you can keep your belongings packed away, along with a desk space and chair for studying at home.
If our room choices are not enough to tempt you, then our large common space just might. Within our dedicated social area, you’ll find pool tables, ping pong tables and a TV for you to get competitive in a game with your friends or meet new people. Head outside and relax in our courtyard area when the weather’s nice, or when you’re just feeling like some fresh air. Our on-site gym is free to use and is open 24/7 so you can work out whenever you see fit!
Due to its campus location, you’ll find the University of Bedfordshire student union bar, The Hub, right on your doorstep. It's the place to go to take a break from your studies, play table tennis, socialise and watch live sports games on the TV’s.

I’ve been staying here, from September 2025 till now (February 2026). I’ve absolutely loved my experience here and I’m looking forward to continue the next months until Summer university break. The rooms are large, with a mass amount of space such as cupboards, draws, a desk, even space above and below the bed headboard. There’s an another decent sized room in the bedroom with a toilet, shower & sink along with a large mirror. Your room can be designed to how you like it. There’s a shared kitchen in the block, it’s large and has plenty of seating such as sofas, also plenty of cupboards for students to have access to!

Been staying here for 3 years and if I could stay for permanent, I would 100%. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay at whilst studying. The staff are wonderful, the flats’ facilities are fantastic! And there are lots of events happening at the accommodation to keep you socialising and meeting new people

Have been staying here for more than a year, probably the best place for accommodation around Bedford. The staff and the team are very friendly and cheerful. Also the team conduct parties and stuff to keep the students cheerful. It's been great staying here.

Hands down the best student accommodation you can be in. It’s the staff and how they manage it that makes it the best. Every issue will always be dealt with promptly and efficiently. One will definitely miss it when one leaves. Special mention to Asad, Raluca and the maintenance guys Raheem and Shibi. Best bunch of folks.
