You have enough spare room to really make your studio feel like home whether you’re hard at work studying, or relaxing. You can even live at Ty Ni as a couple for no extra fee! If you’re really wanting some extra space to spread out in then the platinum studios are super spacious at around 31m2. Really nice studio apartments. Modern and clean, and a perfect location. Only 2 minutes from the train station and really close to the uni buildings and the shops.

Great studio apartments for having friends overs, very supportive and friendly staff, property manager (Natalie) is highly active and involved. Location is great and away from the noise of the high street. Lidl is across the street which can very handy for groceries.

This is my first time traveling and settling abroad, but I truly feel at home. The accommodation is beautiful and cozy, and the staff are really kind and make me feel like family, especially an employee named Samantha. She treats me like a sister, and I feel comfort and warmth in this atmosphere. She is always ready to help and strives to provide comfort and happiness for me and all the residents. Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

If you have reserved a room, ID will be required at check-in and the key will be handed to you after signing the necessary documents.

All necessary furniture like bed, desk, chair, wardrobe will be provided plus if applicable, basic kitchen appliances will also be included. Some of the additional information will be given when you make a booking.
