Abeleven is a great accommodation in the perfect location for both UOA and RGU and not far at all from town and shops. It has great amenities including a gym and a common room, where staff like to throw events. The living spaces in the flats are modern and equipped with a lot of kitchen equipment and rooms are all spacious modern and have a lot of storage which is great for accommodation. The staff are always so lovely and helpful all of the time.

The reception staff are lovely and always helpful. There is a common room and gym which are a great addition to the accommodation as we often have events going on for the residents. The rooms are quite modern although some feel like a hotel room and you aren't given a choice of room layout. The main issues with the accommodation is that there is no 24/7 security as it is advertised. There are also some defects in the rooms that are sometimes not fixed until you mention it a few times, but there is only one member of maintenance staff. Overall it's quite a nice place to live in although it is quite expensive for what you get. The car park is practically inaccessible unless you reserve a spot months in advance, even though a lot of people with a permit don't actually use it. It's easy to get to RGU from here and the city centre is literally on our doorstep. The area is generally quite quiet apart from some of the abeleven residents :)

ABeleven is a great accommodation if you are looking for a bit of luxury and comfort to take the extra stress away when studying at uni. It is definitely worth paying just that little bit more than some other accommodations for a much better experience. It is clean, easy to maintain, and comes with a lot of extras that make student life that little bit easier. There are opportunities to make new friends as well as have the space you need to yourself.

I stayed hear for my first year of uni. I was in a studio with my fiance, the studio was clean and a nice environment. There where lots of activitys going on so lots to do. The staff at reception where lovely and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this acomidation to others.

Staying here has been a great experience by making new friends and the lovely staff at reception has been so welcoming. The accommodation has opened a gym and has a common room which has been great additions! The location of the accommodation is amazing, easy travel to RGU and being near the city centre is great! The bedrooms and kitchens are modern and are very spacious which has made it easier moving in and settling in. Would definitely recommend living here if you're looking for that bit extra.

If you have reserved a room, ID will be required at check-in and the key will be handed to you after signing the necessary documents.

All necessary furniture like bed, desk, chair, wardrobe will be provided plus if applicable, basic kitchen appliances will also be included. Some of the additional information will be given when you make a booking.

Yes, we would be glad if you could let us know what time you plan to arrive so that we can have your scheduled check-in ready for you.

Your check-out date is stated in your tenancy agreement, the tenancy deposit schedule, or in any other documents that you’ve signed in relation to the tenancy. You can also go ahead and call the front desk to confirm the information.
