You’ll find them on floors three to five and are fully equipped with everything you need for student life in a cozy environment. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, diner, shared with 7 or 8 other people, within your flat, so you’ll be able to socialize and keep your space exactly how you like it.

With all the same great features of our Classic Ensuite rooms, our Classic Plus Ensuite rooms are just a little more spacious (15-16 sqm) and are located on floors 1-5 of Ashlin House. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage, and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, diner, shared with 4 to 6 other people, within your flat, so you’ll be able to socialize and keep your space exactly how you like it.

Our Premium Ensuite rooms are located in smaller flat sizes, so you’ll only be sharing your lounge, kitchen, diner with 3-6 people. You can choose this room type on any of the Ashlin House floors from Ground to floor five, and all the Premium Ensuites are 15.2 – 16 square meters in size. All of our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp & chair, plenty of smart storage, and your very own ensuite bathroom.

With all the same great features of our Premium Ensuite rooms, our Premium Plus Ensuite rooms are more spacious (16-20 sqm) and are located on all floors within Ashlin House. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage, and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, diner, shared with 8 other people, so you’ll be able to socialize and keep your space exactly how you like it.

If you like your space but like to socialize then a Deluxe Ensuite room is for you. Ranging from 16-19.5 square meters in size, our Deluxe Ensuites have a shared lounge, kitchen, diner, shared with 3-6 other people, so you’ll be able to socialize and keep your space exactly how you like it. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage, and ensuite bathroom.

Some of our largest rooms at Ashlin House, our Superior Ensuites are 23-25 square meters in size and are located within shared flats of 4-8 people. So you’ll have a shared lounge, kitchen, diner but an ensuite bathroom and big bedroom all to yourself. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage.

Our biggest ensuite rooms, our Superior Plus Ensuites are a massive 29 square meters in size and are located within either 4 bed or 8-bed flats. So you’ll have a shared lounge, kitchen, diner but an ensuite bathroom and big bedroom all to yourself. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage.

With just one Studio at Ashlin House, you’ll have to move fast if you want this room! Premium Studios are designed to give you privacy, in a cozy environment that is just yours. This room is a huge 40 square meters in size and has all the things you need for student life. The Premium Studio at Ashlin is located on the second floor and includes a compact double bed, large LCD smart TV, wardrobe, desk & chair, full-length mirror, breakfast bar, and chairs, kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom.
