This place has been incredible. Susana has helped me so much since I began staying here! This location and the community + staff has totally surpassed my expectations. Susana specifically has helped me recover several lost items, helped me make changes to my stay, and generally been a warm presence. Dani + German at the bar are also wonderful and it's wonderful to see them every day. The community of travelers + incredible Spanish classes (led by Sarah who I also love) have totally changed my experience for the better in Barcelona. I can't wait to come back in a few weeks.

I would like to highlight the wonderful work of Susana at this housing complex. She is incredibly convivial and gentle, and from the very first interaction she made me feel truly welcome. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about people. Her kindness and professionalism make a big difference. A one of a kind true asset!!! I have a disability that affects my lower body, so I was directed to a room for people with disabilities. The sliding bathroom door and the shower booth with no threshold were especially convenient, and I really appreciated the spacious area and the well-equipped facilities. The thermostat worked well, and although I lost the adapter for charging smart devices, the built-in charging facilities on the wall, which allowed me to charge using just the cable, were also very convenient. Additionally, taking an hour of Spanish lessons was truly a new and fascinating experience. It was not so much an additional benefit to the accommodation, but rather an experience of taking a very high-level language course. I stayed at Blau for three days, and if I visit Barcelona again, I would undoubtedly stay there again. I would like to thank the friendly staff, and next time, I’ll make sure to enjoy the well-equipped amenities at a more relaxed pace. :)

I had a very pleasant stay at BLAU during my trip in Barcelona. It is not in the middle of town but there are trains and tram near by. There is a supermarket opposite to the accommodation for convenience. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. On site amenities are great. The only suggestion I would made is to avoid the room with bunk bed if you are not very fit person. The ladder is very small and straight and I have difficulties to get on/off the bed. At then end I have to pay and upgrade to a room without a ladder.
