About Newcastle

Newcastle is a smart city to visit because of its nightlife, culture, architecture, and welcoming residents. Geordies, who are natives of Newcastle, are well recognised for being amiable. It's not hard to begin a chat once you've picked up on the accent, and you'll soon realise it's tougher to end one because they love to chat. Geordies seem to be naturally self-assured, so if you seem stranded, they may approach you and inquire if you need instructions.

One of the city's most recognisable sights is the Tyne Bridge, but there are many others as well. The St. James' Park Stadium and Gateshead's famous Angel of the North statue by Anthony Gormley have already been noted.

You wouldn't anticipate finding such a stunning natural park in a city like suburban Newcastle. These parks are wonderful for all weathers because it has numerous natural walking routes, forested sections, waterfalls, and an open space perfect for a picnic. Just remember to dress warmly if you're travelling during the winter!

Do you need a guarantor?

Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
