You can choose from a lovely little studio or a larger studio with a kitchen built in. I've stayed here for 1-2 months now in the little studio. There's a massive modern shared lounge/kitchen with multiple ovens/stoves, multiple fridges/freezers. Its kept clean and looks the part too!

"I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Next Student Accommodation this year. The facilities are modern and the location is perfect for both DMU and UoL, but what really sets this place apart is the management team. A huge shoutout to John, the manager, who has been incredible since day one. Moving into a new city can be overwhelming, but John makes everyone feel welcome and truly listens to any concerns you have. Whether it’s a quick maintenance fix or just a question about the local area, he handles everything with a smile and genuine professionalism. It’s rare to find a manager who actually knows the students by name and goes out of his way to ensure the building feels like a community. If you’re looking for a safe, well-managed, and friendly place to stay in Leicester, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

The en-suite rooms and studio apartments are great and well designed. They are clean, comfortable, and provide good privacy. The space is well maintained and suitable for daily living. Overall, they offer a very pleasant and convenient living experience.

The Nest is easily the best student accommodation in Leicester. The rooms are great and the communal areas are always well-maintained. A special shout-out to the manager, John, who is super helpful and makes living here a breeze. He’s always there when you need him and makes everyone feel welcome. 10/10!"

The experience at The Best has been nothing short of excellent. The facilities are modern, clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable and safe place to live. The location is very convenient for both campus and local amenities. The manager has been supportive and made the move-in easy and smooth. Highly recommend it!
