Clifton & Stewart House, Glasgow

I have lived her for less than 2 weeks but I have been so impressed. The team at C&S is so kind and helpful. I cannot stress the second part enough. Big shout out to Alasdair and Sandie— who are very responsive and accommodating. The studios are spacious and have so much storage. The big windows make the room so nice and bright. The building is kept clean. Regular maintenance is followed. And for those of you who care, the rooms are neutral enough to really mould to your vibe. I personally display a lot of trinkets and the ample shelving space has let me really create my special space. 5/5!

I’ve had a great experience staying here! The staff are always friendly and helpful! The building is modern, clean, and really comfortable. There are plenty of great study spots and the gym is a great bonus. Definitely a great place to live!

Student apartments usually contain desks, chairs, beds, bedside tables, closets, bookshelves, and so on in the room. Toilets are generally equipped with flush toilets, shower equipment, wash basin and so on. Kitchen and living room common areas have a stove, refrigerator, sink, bar, dining table, chairs, sofas and so on. The kitchen is often together with the living room and is an overall open plan area. In addition, student apartments usually do not have a washing machine inside the unit, and there is usually a special paid laundry room in the apartment building. The cost of heating the water grid is usually included in the rent. For the same room type, student housing prices are similar to school dormitories.

Excellent experience, I have been staying in a deluxe studio for three years now and I couldn't ben more satisfied with Clifton and Stewart House. The staff is very kind and always keen to help out, they are honestly so amazing! They organise a lot of fun activities for the residence so it is easy to socialise and meet new people. The rooms are clean, comfortable and new so I have never had any major issues, if anything occurs, the reception always fixes it as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend the deluxe studio, it has plenty space and a small but comfortable kitchen area! The common areas are also fab, always clean and tidy, great for studying and socialising. Initially I was worried about staying in a private accommodation in first year, especially in a studio, however, I have had no isues socialising in Clifton House! Overall amazing accommodation!

The warmest accommodation i have ever had! Highly recommended!! There are three reasons you must choose Clifton! 1. Fully modern furnished and equipped, comf mods and spacious room. It also has a gym, common room, delivery store and study room. 2. Staff are friendly and nice. Every problem raised by you will be solved immediately! 3. Surprise and treats! The accommodation always takes part in some interesting activities, like welcome party Halloween party and some festivals from different countries. Moreover, the reception always has treats for residents like free drinks, candy and other stuff. So Don't miss it!! The Clifton house will meet every expectation you want!
