Our Double Studios are the perfect room to share. They’ve been thoughtfully designed to give you a sense of privacy and calm, still with all the high-quality finishes you’d find in our other room types.

Located on floors 1 to 8, each room is a spacious 20.4 – 26.2 m2 and comes equipped with two 105-120cm compact double beds, two study desks & chairs, two large wardrobes with shelving & hanging space, a full length mirror, and one modern ensuite bathroom and kitchenette to share. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a two-ring induction hob, combi-microwave oven, fridge with freezer shelf, sink, and plenty of storage. Oh, and let’s not forget the air-conditioning!

Our Standard Rooms in a 3 Bedroom Apartment measure 7.8 – 8.6 m2 and are located on floors 2 and 5 to 11 and are ideal for sharing with a friend. They are designed to give you the privacy of your own bedroom while still enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen. Each room comes with a compact double bed of 120cm, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, and full length mirror. These rooms share two bathrooms and cooking facilities with 2 other flatmates.

The shared living space includes a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, sink, hob, microwave, oven and plenty of storage, plus a dining table and chairs, comfy sofa and a flatscreen TV.

Our studios are ideal if you like to have your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem, you get the best of both worlds.

Our spacious Classic Studios at Nido Príncipe Pío have their own kitchenette and private ensuite bathroom. Each studio is 19.6 – 22.6 m2 and can be found on floors 1, 8 and 11. With their in-room facilities, these studios are perfect for those who prefer to have their own private living space, but want to enjoy access to our common spaces & events, -so socialising won’t be a problem.
