Broadstone Hall is a modern student residence in the northern part of central Dublin, putting you right in the middle of the excitement. Shops, museums, pubs, bars and restaurants are all nearby and the city’s colleges and universities are easily reachable (either on foot or by bus).
Trinity College, the National College of Art and Design, Technological University Dublin, and the Royal College of Surgeons can all be reached within 30 minutes on foot, whilst Dublin City university is just a 20-minute bus journey away. If you’re studying at University College Dublin, Belfied Campus is a bus 40-minute bus ride away, or a 20-minute car share.

Choose a spacious classic room in a 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 bed flat and share a modern kitchen/living area. These rooms come fully furnished with a ¾ bed, plenty of storage and your own en-suite bathroom. Be quick, as these rooms sell out fast!
If you’re looking for even more space, Classic Plus rooms come with the same features as the Classic but with even more floor space and a separate entrance hall to your room. These rooms are located on the higher floors of the building, offering the best views!
Our Premium rooms are fully furnished with the same features as the Classic Plus, but with even more space to play with, as well as a larger en-suite bathroom. These rooms are also available in a slightly smaller size on the higher floors with great views. A great room if you want that extra personal space!
Located on the higher floors, Premium Plus rooms offer the best views of Dublin. Each room is fully furnished to include all the same modern features of the Premium room. A few of these rooms are also located on the penthouse floor with access to your own private roof terrace offering spectacular views of the Dublin skyline.
Just fancy living with one other person? A room in a 2 bed apartment could be the perfect solution - sociable but quiet, and ideal if you want to live with your BFF (or make a new one).

Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings made prior to 1 June 2021
If you sign your Tenancy Agreement prior to 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 1 June 2021. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
Bookings made on or after 1 June 2021
If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period
Outside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your Tenancy, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property. However, you will remain liable for the Rent payable under the Tenancy Agreement until a suitable replacement tenant has been found.
Cancelling as you do not receive your visa
If you are not successful in being awarded a visa to travel and study, then we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met:

This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students only
If you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen University, then don’t worry, we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met:
1.You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, before 25 August 2021; and
2.You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or UCAS.
Once we have your request, we will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other rent payments you may have made.
