Our Standard En Suites are located in shared apartments of 6-9 beds on the lower floors of the property, with shared kitchen and living rooms spaces including a communal TV. All the rooms come with excellent storage, dedicated workspace and an en suite shower room.
Each Super Value En Suite comes with a small double bed, plenty of workspace, loads of storage, your own en suite shower and 12.5 sqm – 13.7 sqm worth of space. These are located in our shared apartments and are our lowest cost rooms!
All the same high spec features as the Standard En Suites but located and are located on the lower floors of the property in a range of flat sizes.
All the same fantastic features but with even more floor space of up to 17 sqm and are available up to the 14th floor.
Each Standard En Suite Plus room comes with all of the same great features but are located on either the 4th, 5th and 6th floors.
Fancy the best views across Sheffield? Our Skyline En-suites offer all of the same great features but with guaranteed amazing views too! Located on floors 15-17.
Our biggest en suite rooms with up to 19 sqm of space in shared flats with all the same benefits.
All the same great features but within our smaller, 3 & 5 bed shared apartments and are located on floors 1-6.
These spacious rooms are available all the way up to the 11th floor so there is plenty of floor space to add on to the list of benefits. Enjoy an en suite shower room, dedicated workspace a small double bed and plenty of storage! Plus, access to the shared kitchen and living spaces with a communal TV.

All the same great features but with amazing views to match. Located on floors 7-11.
Each of our studios come with a small double bed, dedicated workspace, a TV, loads of storage, an en suite shower and private mini-kitchen. Plus, they offer between 17.9 – 18.9 sqm of space. We don't charge extra for couples wanting to share any of our studios. The Bronze Studios are located on the Ground floor all the way up to 17th.
All of the same great features as the Bronze but with even more floor space to be shared at no extra cost.
These are large Studios on the top floors with amazing views of the city to be enjoyed.
