UniLodge @ Shafston is a 12 storey building with secure swipe card access to individual floors featuring 170 individual studio apartments. Whilst the majority of our accommodation operates under a 6 or 12 month lease, we do have a small number of rooms that are available in twin-share or triple share for short term accommodation. These shorter term options are ideal for those completing intensive English language courses or undertaking a research project at one of Brisbane’s Universities. Each apartment has its own bathroom and kitchenette and their layout makes all rooms suitable for individuals, couples or friends wishing to share. All of the apartments are fully furnished and equipped for student living. Other apartment features include free WiFi internet (8 GB per port – most rooms have 2 ports), river and city views, some with balconies, and air-conditioning.
The property also boasts a café on the ground floor, a large modern resident’s gym, and a resident’s common area which includes a large screen TV. Students love living here!
