Looking for some extra space? Opt for our Silver En Suites with our usual amazing features - a small double bed, plenty of storage and a great workspace for when you need to study. Arranged in 4 bed flats, you'll also have access to the stylish shared kitchen and living space with TV. Average room 15-17 sqm.
All the great features of our Gold En Suites but with a single bed, larger floor space, and wet room. Located in a 3 bedroom shared apartment.
All the same amazing features, but with our Gold En Suites you've got two options. Either opt for one of our 3 bedroom shared apartments (1 Gold En Suite (accessible) and 2 Gold En Suites) and get 15-18sqm of room, or choose to pick a more spacious room, located in 4-6 bed apartments. Average room 19-21 sqm.
If you're really looking to spread out then our Platinum En Suites are for you. All the same great features you'd expect, sharing the kitchen and living space with 3 great flatmates - why not catch a film on the shared TV? Average room 23 sqm.

Choose a Gold Studio for all of the space on the first floor. Plenty of space to enjoy your small double bed, TV, plentiful storage and workspace, and your mini-kitchen. Average room 27.5 sqm.
Looking for a really spacious room? Choose a Platinum Studio. All the same great features but even more space on the 2nd-4th floors. Remember, we don't charge an extra for couples sharing a Studio so these rooms are perfect to share! Average room 28-30 sqm.
The best rooms in the building! Opt for a Platinum Plus Studio and enjoy the largest rooms, and the best views from the 5th floor. Perfect for those who want to spread out or share with a partner. As with all our Studios, you'll also have your own TV. Average room 30 sqm.
Do you need a guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

You can cancel your booking without any penalty up until 31st January 2022. After this date, we operate a 72-hour “cooling off” period up to the 31st of July so if your circumstances change you can cancel your booking subject to you have not moved into the property yet.
To cancel your booking you need to email the Residents’ Team within 72 hours of signing your Tenancy Agreement. You will then be refunded your advance rent contribution payment. From the 1st of August, the “cooling off” period is reduced to 24 hours.
In these circumstances, you can cancel your booking prior to the tenancy start date by providing evidence to the General Manager within 72 hours of being notified. Please send your UCAS notification/ Visa refusal documentation to the General Manager within 72 hours of receiving it.
There are no other circumstances when we will accept a request for cancellation either before or during the tenancy.
It may be possible with the Landlord’s agreement to transfer your obligations to someone else who is eligible to live at the property. There is no obligation on our part to find you a replacement tenant. You can advertise your accommodation or undertake your own search for a replacement tenant. If you find a replacement tenant we will need to do some basic checks to confirm their eligibility to take over the tenancy.
Before we will accept a new tenant your account and all obligations need to be up to date and any rent due up to the changeover will need to be paid.
Once the new person has signed the tenancy agreement and made the first rent payment they will take responsibility for future rent payments and all other obligations as stated in the agreement.
