Great value, high quality accommodation, our Silver studios have all the same comforts as our larger studio rooms but with a slightly smaller room size, making them perfect for budget conscious students. Our Silver studios are north-westerly or south facing and are located throughout floors 1-3 of Langstane Place. They average 20m2 in size.

Like our Gold studios, our Gold Plus studios are designed for students who are keeping an eye on budget but looking for additional living space. However our Gold Plus studios all come with larger windows which allow in lots of additional natural light. Gold Plus studios are located throughout Langstane Place and are south facing. Average studio size is 24m2 - 26m2.

With lots of natural light and great-sized rooms, Platinum studios are ideally suited for students who are looking for the comforts of additional living space and a more premium offering. Our Platinum studios are located throughout the third and fourth floors of Langstane Place. Our Platinum studios each have their own separate, self-enclosed kitchenette, while roof top views mean the studios feel bright and airy. Platinum studios are either north-westerly or south-easterly. Average of 26m2.

Diamond studios are based on the first floor of Langstane Place and are ideal for students who are looking for well-planned living spaces with touches of luxury. Diamond studios are our largest one-bed studio style. Our Diamond studios are front-facing.

The Bauhaus Suite features a separate bedroom with king size bed, full height original grand window, a large double wardrobe and a study area with desk, chair and monitor. Being rear-facing means it is extremely peaceful, and with views of the skyline it's the perfect place to look for inspiration during your studies! Next door the lounge with kitchen area provides ample space to have friends round, watch a game or host a dinner party without disturbing your study and bedroom space. As with the bedroom, the lounge features a large window which allows for lots of light and provides an even greater sense of space. The Bauhaus Suite has a luxuriously finished bathroom, lots of storage and is north-westerly facing, located on the first floor of Langstane Place.
